Mildred Finley

Mildred Ann Finley, 71, of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, July 24, 2020 in a local hospital. She will lie-in-state today from 9-1 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 p.m. in Chattanooga National Cemetery. Pastor William Caldwell, Jr. will give the words of comfort.
