Randy Blevins

Randy “Hogg Head” Blevins, 63, of East Ridge passed away Monday, November 30, 2020. Randy was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia area. He retired in December of 2017 from the City of Chattanooga with 28 years of service. He was a strong family man, loved his children, enjoyed riding motorcycles, had a great sense of humor, and was an avid Bill Elliot fan.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Jean Blevins; and grandson, Shon Blevins.

Survivors include his wife, Joy Blevins; children, Randy Blevins, II, Brittany Blevins, Alexis Smith, and Marie Inas; father, Clayton Blevins; granddaughter, Hayleigh Blevins; and aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.

Graveside services will be held Thursday at 1:30p.m. at Lakewood South Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 11a.m. until 1p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville, GA.
