Ronald Milligan

ROSSVILLE - Ronald “Ronnie” Coleman Milligan, 64, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2020.

Ronnie is a member of the Rossville Masonic Lodge #397 and Pocahontas Chapter #165 Order of the Easter Star State of Georgia. He loved to fish and spend time with his family.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Sr. and Betty Milligan; daughter, Sarah McDade; granddaughter, Taylor McDade; son, Kelly Horton; brother, Fred Milligan; and sister, Sharon Bolton.

Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Janice Kennedy Milligan; daughters, Jessica Kalbach, Crystal (Michael DeSalvo) Horton, and Kathy (Jamie) Evett; brother, Raymond Milligan, Jr. (Dee Rivers); 13 grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 3rd at 12pm in the South Crest Chapel with Pastor Brent Rigsby officiating. Interment will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be his Masonic Lodge brothers.
