Mary Burson

Mary Roberts Burson, 78, of Chattanooga passed away Saturday, October 24, 2020 at a local hospital. She was a native of Oregon and had lived most of her life in the Chattanooga area. She was employed with Olan Mills for over 25 years and also played in their bowling league. Mary was an avid Elvis fan, she enjoyed working with ceramics, traveling, and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Cox Dugger; and brother, Harley Roberts.

Survivors include three sons, Rodney (Lisa) Burson, Robert (Charlene) Burson, and Randy Burson; brother, Tommy Roberts; four grandchildren, Gina Burson, Kalista Burson, Bobby Burson, and Ashley Davis; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00a.m. in the South Crest Chapel.

Interment will follow in the Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends using all social distancing guidelines Tuesday from 4-8p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, Rossville, GA.
