Joel Center

RINGGOLD - Joel D. Center, 78, passed away September 16, 2020 at his home.

A lifelong resident of Ringgold, Mr. Center was loving known in Ringgold and Tunnel Hill, GA as one who helped others in need.

He was a member of the Southern Deaf Fellowship, McDonald, TN

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eli and Euphie Center; and brother, Wayne Center.

Survivors are his wife of 58 years, Lyda Center; three daughters, Lorna (Judd) Whitfield, Ringgold, Connie Center, Tunnel Hill, and Shirley (Jimmy) Sinclair, Chattanooga; brother, Richard Center, Collegedale; two sisters, Jane Meis, Cleveland, TN, and Myra Center, Ringgold; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
