Frank Frederick Kirbus was born in Cleveland, Ohio on October 2, 1951. He passed away at his home at Wildflower Circle Chattanooga, TN. on February 2, 2021 at 8:27pm with his personal friend Bobby Lee Hollins by his side. “My Frank Your Words of Wisdom will Always Live On!
