Deborah Driver
ROSSVILLE — Deborah Louise McGowan Driver, 64, went home to be
with the Lord on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021. She was born to the late Lester McGowan and Mary Kathleen Perkins McGowan in Chattanooga, was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area and was of the Church of God faith.
Deborah retired from Kenco Logistics in 2017 after more than
16 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend who
will be greatly missed. Deborah was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Anna Evans.
She is survived by her loving children, Evonnie (Jason) Rhodes, Tisha Jones, and Shane (Kathleen) Driver, step-daughter, Rachael (Pete) Lowe, siblings, Betty Waters, Linda Painter,
Donnie McGowan, Billy McGowan, Judy Quinn and Binky McGowan, five
grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several
nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2021, in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Guinn Greene officiating. Interment will follow in the Chattanooga
Valley Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from
4 to 8 p.m. on Monday and prior to the service on Tuesday.
