Elizabeth Pharr

Elizabeth B. Pharr, 86, passed away Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, at her residence surrounded by her family.She was preceded in death by her husband, William Pharr; parents, Roy and Lula Bennett; brothers, Frank and Junior Bennett.She is survived by her children, Joyce (Michael) Barrette, Alma Pharr, Donnie (Diane) Pharr, Ronald (Joyce) Pharr, Johnny Pharr, Bonnie (Chester) Deck, Melissa (Bud) Ramsey; sister, Louise Poore, of Sparta, Tenn.; 19 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel with burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery.Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.Arrangements have been entrusted to Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, Franklin-Strickland-Pinkard-Bryan-Smith Funeral Directors 1724 McCallie Ave., 423-265-4414.
