Samuel Wilson

Samuel A. "Bowbe" Wilson, 79, of Red Bank, died Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2012, at Memorial North Park.He was a longtime resident of Rhea County, a veteran of the U.S. Army and was of the Baptist faith.He was preceded in death by wife of 54 years, Lillian Wilson; parents, Jesse George and Liddy Wilson; two brothers, Jess and Bill Wilson; two sisters, Orphia Burke and Muriel Long.Survivors include son, Mike (Cindy) Wilson; two grandchildren, Dana (Jimmy) Whaley, Dustin (Tiffany) Wilson; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev.
