,DALTON Ruby Joyce Owens, 68, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2013. Mrs. Owens was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and was a member of the Mountain View Baptist Church in Rocky Face. She was a daughter of the late Robert and Lula Mae McKee Campbell and was preceded in death by her daughter Jennifer Rebecca Owens; and three brothers, James, J C, and Sonny Campbell.Survivors are her loving daughter and son in law Brenda and Rodney Janow, Dalton; 3 grandsons Brandon, Andrew and Eric; granddaughter Hayley; sisters Donna Jacobs, Mo.; and Doris Richards, Ark. Special niece Susan Campbell Westmoreland, several nieces and nephwes and many adopted children and grandchildren.Special friends Toby Janow, Debbie Janow, Joyce Black and Brenda Morgan.The family would like to thank the staff Amtran Medical Transportation and a special thanks to the staff of Quinton Memorial for their Love, care and support.Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Mike Johnson officiating.
