RINGGOLD Dorothy Phinia Hepler Collins, 50, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013.She was born May 2, 1963 in Fort Oglethorpe to the late Kenneth and Gertrude Hepler. She was of the Baptist faith, a former employee of BJB Electric and she enjoyed riding horses.She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ray Collins; and brother, John Hepler.Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Nikki and R.J. Estermyer, of Rossville; son and daughter-in-law, Nick and Samantha Francis of Ringgold; sister and her spouse, Wanda and Fred Whitt of Ringgold; brother, Vernon Hepler, of Knoxville; three grandchildren, Hunter Estermyer, Gabriel Francis and Matthew Francis; niece and her spouse, Dawanna and Chris Kent; nephew and his spouse, Kenny and Jennifer Whitt; great-nieces and nephews, Christian, Sabastian, Caden, Madison, Ethan, Joseph and Isaiah.The family will receive friends from 2 -9 p.m. today and prior to the funeral service at noon Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Benny Roberts officiating.Interment will follow in Catoosa Memorial Gardens.Online guestbook available at www.wilsonfuneralhome.comArrangements are by Wilson Funeral Homes, Wallis-Stewart Chapel, Ringgold.
