RINGGOLD Larry Dale Phelps, 58, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2013, in a local hospital.He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Peggy Phelps, also a daughter. Kellie Campbell.He is survived by his wife of 19 years, April Phelps; sons, Austin and John Paul; daughters, Sarah and Taylor; brothers, Steve and James; and three grandchildren.A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 2013, in the funeral home parlor with the Rev.
