Cathy “Cat” Palmer, 62, of Chattanooga, gained her wings and became Gods precious angel on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.
Cat, who many people knew as “Bling Bling” was an avid animal lover since she was a child. She worked in the food industry for over forty years and never knew a stranger, she was colorful, had a zest for life and always had a story and joke to tell. Cat loved her Lord and Savior and was a member of New Covenant Fellowship Church.
She was preceded in death by her mother, JoAnn Stephens.
Survivors include her brother, Michael Palmer and wife Tammy; aunt, Connie Bumpass; nieces and nephews: Jimmy, Sean, Chelsea, and Heather; friend and partner of 28 years, James Davis.
A celebration of life will be held at New Covenant Fellowship Church
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the East Ridge Animal Shelter.
