6. University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, 11,533 students, up 1.3 percent from the previous year

7. Tennessee Tech University, 10,493 students, down 3.7 percent from the previous year

8. Austin Peay State University, 10,493 students, up 2.4 percent from the previous year
