A Florida man has died after being injured by an airplane propeller, according to a release from the Cleveland Police Department.
Officers found Lenny Kramer, 69, near his private plane at Cleveland Regional Jetport with a severe head injury at around 4:50 p.m. on Thursday.
Kramer was transported by Life Force to Erlanger Hospital, where he later passed away.
The Federal Aviation Administration and NTSB are conducting an investigation with Cleveland officials.
