Gravion Devonta Sublett, 22, faces one charge each on counts of felony murder, aggravated robbery, first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, employing a firearm during a dangerous felony and aggravated robbery. Sublett was indicted with 22-year-old Rondrell A. Daniel, who faces the same charges in connection with the killing of Michael Keith and the attempted killing of Christopher Nicols.

Sublett had been released on a $400,000 bond before failing to appear in court Monday, leading the magistrate to issue an arrest warrant and increase his bond to $750,000, according to the Hamilton County Criminal Court Clerk's Office.

Chattanooga police officers responded on April 7, 2020, to a call on the 3300 block of Pinewood Avenue of a person being shot and located a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. While no arrests were made at the time, Sublett was taken into custody by Chattanooga police on April 21 following a multiagency effort, according to a news release from the department.

Sublett's next court date is scheduled for Nov. 14, for a pretrial hearing at the Hamilton County Criminal Court.
